(1996)  Graduated from New Life Institute School of Massage Excellence (later renamed Rising Spirit), Atlanta, GA. Certified in Swedish Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy

(1998)  Internationally certified by the Dr. Vodder School-North America in Manual Lymph Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy. This is a 160 hour training program that requires written, practical, and oral examinations in order to earn certification. To maintain certification and stay up to date in knowledge and technique, the school requires all therapists to complete a bi-annual, 20 hour recertification/advanced training class. (2000-Present)
